acookscooking: Boneless pork chops seasoned with cayenne, cracked black pepper, dried garlic, and sea salt. Garnished with apple butter. Served along side are red potatoes and onions au gratin (sauce was made with cream, milk, parmesan cheese, and sharp cheddar cheese), and steamed broccoli. I love this man.
